You will find Las Olas just past the Palm Mar arch on the right hand side as you drive through. Las Olas is being built by Incoa who built La Arenita and Cape Salema in Palm Mar. These apartments are intended to be luxury apartments and they are almost complete however work seems to have stopped and we are unsure of the situation. There are many rumors circulating Palm Mar which we will not repeat on here. When we are clear on the situation we will post some photographs, in the meantime we have no properties available for sale on this complex.
