La Arenita is a residential complex just a few steps from the sea front of Palm Mar. There are two entrances to the complex and a glass lift to the five floors. One of the entrances is fully ramped so making access for wheelchairs very easy. The apartments themselves are very similar to the apartments in Cape Salema as both complexes were built by the same developer Incoa.
