The original high-rise building in Palm Mar, it was abandoned for several years when the building permissions were invoked and the money ran out. Recently completed and finally legal, the complex offers stunning sea views from all the apartments, especially those on the higher floors. There are one and two bedroom apartments available, and a few (very sought after) duplex apartments at the roof level. No swimming pool, but the prices are reasonable to reflect this.
