This is the original high-rise building in Palm Mar, it was abandoned for several years when the building permissions were revoked and the money ran out. The building was finally completed and made legal a number of years ago. The complex itself offers stunning sea views from all the apartments especially those on the higher floors. This is the only complex in Palm Mar not to have a swimming pool but prices do reflect this and anyway there is a very large swimming pool 2 minutes walk from the complex - its called the sea !!
The complex is very wheelchair friendly with a large entrance hall leading to two lifts which go to all floors. On exiting from the lifts you have a nice open air corridor’s leading to the apartments. Due to the age of the original building some of the apartments are due for refurbishment which is easily and cheaply done and prices do reflect this. The actual apartments themselves consist of bathroom, double bedroom and lounge with open plan kitchen. All the apartments have double width patio doors leading onto a balcony with terrific views.
Probably a very much underrated complex as the prices can be so low, but this complex has the location right by the sea front and fantastic views.
