The Exclusive Residential Resort of Palm Mar Tenerife
You can find Palm Mar in the south of Tenerife about 15 minutes from Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas between a nature reserve and the Guaza Mountain. Palm Mar is a very new and exclusive resort which is dedicated to residential living so you will not find large hotels and night clubs here. Over the last few years Palm Mar has begun to spring from the ground rather like a seed. From small beginnings it has began to sprout branches and leaves. Today many of the complexes have been completed and are lived in and you see other complexes nearing completion. We have Shops, Restaurants, Bars, a Bank and Medical Centre that are completed and occupied. Prices have proved that buying property a few years ago in Palm Mar has been a good investment as prices are rising. The Sea Promenade has now been completed and some of the rocks on the beach have been cleared and black sand is now appearing. To enhance the promenade, Sea water pools and a Park with water features are scheduled to start construction shortly as will the new Sports and Leisure Complex that will be open for residents.
